Regular Reviews

You’ll have 6 monthly performance and career development conversations. Not only will they help you grow, but they’ll also help us shape the support and development that we give to all of our Managers. 


We also run our fantastic ‘Feed it forward’ initiative, which gives everyone the opportunity to share the love with feedback that can help their colleagues grow in their roles.

Restaurant Colleagues

We run a Monthly Training calendar that Managers at all levels can access. From here, you can book onto sessions that range from looking after your people, to improving profit. 


What’s brilliant about these bitesize workshops is that they can help you improve in your role while learning more about our business than you imagine.

Certified Restaurant Trainers

Some of our Restaurant Managers also take on extra responsibility in Regional Training support roles as Certified Restaurant Trainers (CRTs). 


Our CRTs help develop talent in their region by offering face to face training sessions, supporting our NRO teams, and mentoring fast track delegates.

Our Fast Track Programme


Think you can deliver the goods when - and where - it matters? Our Fast Track Programme isn’t for everyone - but it could be for you. It can accelerate your development, turbo-charge your progression, and see you running your own Burger King restaurant quicker than you ever thought possible. If that’s not keeping it real, we don’t know what is.


We’ve designed our programme to offer an amazing mix of learning opportunities. From bitesize behavioural lessons that can help you build your self awareness and be more effective when it comes to leading your team. Right through to business masterclasses delivered by Whopper Support, step up placements, and regular support from a mentor.\


What’s more, there’s no limit to how far you can go on our Fast Track Programme - and don’t forget that it also comes with a huge range of enhanced benefits, too.


We run the programme twice a year, and you’ll already need to be in a Manager role to apply, So if you’ve worked your way up from a crew role to a Shift Manager role, or you joined us in a Manager role, we want to hear from you.


All you need to do is let your Regional Manager know you’re interested. They’ll arrange a career conversation and could put you forward as a regional nominee. What happens after that is up to you - and your ambition.
